The colour schemes may be regarded as a supplement to Volume 7 of the PKL series, but this is also a standalone publication, presenting in colour the most notable Polish-designed aircraft developed from the early 1970s to the present day.

Naturally, the selection made by the editors is subjective – both in terms of the types of aircraft featured (especially gliders) and the colour schemes shown.

More examples of individual aircraft camouflage patterns can be found in the monographs published by our company. Most of the illustrations in this book were prepared by Dariusz Karnas, in several cases supported by Andrzej M. Olejniczak. The photographs included in the publication were provided by the persons and institutions listed in the captions.
