DEFINITIONS
- Service – the online bookstore available at mmpbooks.com
- Regulations – these terms and conditions governing the use of the Bookstore, constituting an integral part of the Agreement concluded between the Bookstore and the Buyer.
- Agreement – the agreement concluded between the Parties, of which the Regulations form an integral part.
- Parties – both parties to the Agreement, the Bookstore and the Buyer.

- These Regulations are drawn up pursuant to Art. 8(1)(1) of the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144 item 1204, as amended).
