Orders are processed as quickly as possible, usually within 3–5 business days. In the event that an item is not available in stock, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

If the Customer chooses payment by bank transfer or payment card, the order processing time is counted from the date on which the Seller’s bank account or settlement account is credited.

DEFINITIONS

  1. Service – the online bookstore available at mmpbooks.com
  2. Regulations – these terms and conditions governing the use of the Bookstore, constituting an integral part of the Agreement concluded between the Bookstore and the Buyer.
  3. Agreement – the agreement concluded between the Parties, of which the Regulations form an integral part.
  4. Parties – both parties to the Agreement, the Bookstore and the Buyer.
  5. Bookstore – the entity responsible for the operation of the Service:

  7. Consumer – a consumer as defined in the Civil Code Act of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended).
  8. User – a person browsing the content on the Service’s website.
  9. Service  – the sale of goods through the Service and the Account.
  10. Account – the part of the Service available to the User only after logging in, in which the User may add, modify, and delete their personal data, other information, and use specific functionalities of the Account.
  11. Goods – books and other publishing products sold through the Service.

  1. These Regulations are drawn up pursuant to Art. 8(1)(1) of the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144 item 1204, as amended).
  2. The Regulations define in particular:
    a) the types and scope of electronic services provided,
    b) the conditions for providing electronic services,
    c) the conditions for concluding and terminating agreements for the provision of electronic services,
    d) the complaint procedure.
