Polish Wings No. 08 Luftwaffe Warprizes

Polish Wings No. 8 is dedicated entirely to aircraft and gliders captured from the Germans as war trophies. The authors of this volume are the well-known historian Andrzej Morgała and Wojciech Sankowski, publisher of the magazine Lotnictwo z szachownicą.

The series enjoys growing recognition among readers not only in Poland but also abroad. A testament to this is the title of Book of the Month for August 2008 awarded to Polish Wings 7 – PWS 14/16/16bis/18/26 by the renowned British magazine SAMI. This distinction confirms that Polish aircraft are of great interest to international readers as well.

Also highly appreciated is our joint initiative with Techmod, involving the publication of decals in various scales (1/32, 1/48, 1/72), enabling the modelling of aircraft presented in our publications. Both Stratus Publishing and Techmod are committed to further developing this cooperation.
