For MMPBooks, Jan authored several titles, Swedish Fortresses, Messerschmitt Bf 108 Taifun, Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress in Foreign Service, and Miles M.25 Martinet T. T. Mk I.
He was also the translator of many of our Swedish books, greatly contributing to the spread of aviation knowledge in Poland.
Jan was a passionate aviation historian and versatile writer. He authored over 250 articles and numerous books, both in Swedish and English. For many years, he was actively involved with the Arlanda Civil Aviation Collection at Arlanda Airport near Stockholm. His main interests included aviation history and the study of Sweden’s relations with Southeast Asian countries.
His passing is a great loss to the aviation community. His books, research, and translations will remain a lasting contribution to aviation history.
